You will also receive a tracking number with a direct link to track your order. When placing your order please double check your address to ensure no errors since mistyped addresses will result in your order being sent back to our warehouse thus delaying shipment time.

  • Our fulfillment team, typically can process orders within 24-48 hours. Once your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse, delivery time will vary based on the amount of days selected at check out.

  • We offer standard 5-12 business day shipping for free.

All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. FitPodsCo is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and FitPodsCo will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. FitPodsCo is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

FitPodsCo will offer a full refund on our FitPods if it is in returned in the original, un-used condition, including packaging. This refund will be minus the real shipping cost incurred for both sending and return. The customer will be required to pay any shipping and customs costs to return our device.
